We’re based in Scheveningen, Den Haag, in the Netherlands, and what we do is simple: we help artists go from zero to real international careers using music, travel, and adventure as the engine. We don’t separate life from work — we mix it all together.
We’ve been working in music, live shows, and international projects since 1994, and we’re proud members of the Latin Grammy Academy. That means we’ve seen how this industry really works — the good, the bad, and what actually helps artists grow long term.
MT&A isn’t just one thing.
We’re part booking agency, part creative production team, part career management, and honestly… a bit like a travel agency for artists.
Artists we work with don’t just drop songs and wait. They travel, perform in different countries, record music abroad, discover new cultures, and live real experiences. We document everything with high-quality video and cinematic content, so those experiences don’t just feel good — they also turn into content and income.

For flights, we work through the Flying Blue Program (KLM & Air France) and also book with Turkish Airlines, so moving artists and teams around the world is smooth and efficient.
